If you’re in the Little Tokyo area around 2nd & San Pedro, come check out Yaki.Tana. The service and food is amazing. I came for lunch and had to stop by to take some food home for dinner for my son. Cooked fresh at the moment as you wait for it. The combo’s with the half & half of fried rice & noodles. Really bomb! The sauce they give you for the skewers is genuinely great. Give them a follow on IG @yaki.tana as well. You won’t leave disappointed.

Truck is nice. Area is clean and lit up up. Menu is easy to read and filled with great options. I got the 2 skewer combo, including the filet mignon and wagyu skewers. I would definitely recommend them. The noodles were very delicious and better than expected in my opinion. Stop by yakitana for some good eats! Ps: lots of parking.

Always wanted to try a Wagyu beef out, and I got a chance today. As an event producer, presentation is important to me, and I must say the food presentation was perfect. Quality napkins, cutlery set and food package. A rare experience in the US QSR industry. I could taste the food and it’s aroma matched the taste equally.
